What differentiates JSA from the others, is the personal time both Bill and Chris spend on the search, and with the candidates, before they are ever presented to us. Countless books have been written on the subject of organizational development. Sometimes it feels like there are more human resource experts than there are human resources. At the end of the day, you're looking for more than just "a person" to fill an organization chart void. You're looking for a fit between your business, your current team and your future employee. Many recruiting firms miss this dynamic…JSA doesn't. Their process begins with an exhaustive review of the job, your culture and your marketplace. The other "fit" that is critical is between you and your recruiter. Are they focused on your needs? Do they treat candidates with respect? Can they communicate across your existing organization to ferret out the nuances of your business? Do they communicate with you? Not just "report" but actually challenge your thought process to make sure every part of your search fits together? Are they flexible? How about their whole team? Are they engaged? Do they know who you are? Are they tuned in to supporting your search or are they just administrating? Can you trust them? Did you ever think about that? The recruiter IS YOUR FIRM! Do they present the way you want them to? How about honesty? Integrity? Personal values? Do they match yours? How about your team? Are they a fit for your business culture? Or, do they just have a flashy brochure and an upscale address?

You're about to put another building block into the foundation of your business future. Should you settle for anything less than excellence? Can you afford to not get it right?

You can find bigger firms. Maybe even a nicer brochure. But, when results matter, you’ll not find a better team to meet your recruiting requirements. Period.
