They are best in class when it comes to understanding our position requirements and presenting candidates that will be a good fit with our culture. For these types of positions, I don’t even consider other firms.

What differentiates JSA from the others, is the personal time both Bill and Chris spend on the search, and with the candidates, before they are ever presented to us. There are many large retained firms out there where Partners are handing down searches to entry-level clerks to do the research work, and once matching candidates are found, it has been up to me or my organization to vet them.
